It is Kinetic Solutions’ ultimate objective to be a cornerstone of its selected client partners’ human capital acquisition and talent management programmes by providing consistent and market leading service delivery. To this end, it is our strong preference that we work on “select” nominated vacancies on an exclusive basis for a period of 14 to 21 days (from briefing through to the delivery of a final candidate shortlist). Unlike the majority of contingency-based recruitment agencies, Kinetic Solutions applies maximum resources and capacity management to each recruitment initiative it is tasked with. This process maximises our ability to select, source and process the best resources available in the market in the most effective, efficient and timely manner for a client’s specific needs. We view each recruitment initiative as a separate project and therefore we invest fully in its total life-cycle.

COMMITMENT

The currency Kinetic Solutions prefers to trade in is “commitment”. This requires us to consult comprehensively with our clients’ HR Partner to extract additional information regarding the recruitment brief. On certain occasions it may become necessary for us to consult (telephonic or direct) with Line Management and/or key decision-makers for us to be fully confident with a particular recruitment brief. This is obviously done with the explicit agreement from the client HR Partner / Manager.
